This follows our previous recognition in 2023, where we were acknowledged as a Maturing organisation, marking a significant leap in our innovation journey.
The BCX Digital Innovation Index evaluates organisations on their innovation excellence, assessing foundational elements needed to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world. These include strategy, investment, operating models, skills and capabilities, and culture and commitment. The Index classifies organisations into four categories: Excellent, Maturing, Emerging, and Nascent, based on their average scores across these key innovation building blocks.

This category represents organisations that are deeply structured to lead in innovation.
